Onur Özkan 62b18d5b2e build: replace argument dispatch and retain source-bound verification 
Replace argument recovery with direct build targets. Run host, target,
board, coverage, Miri and selected Kani checks while retaining source
identities, logs and artifacts, including failed attempts.

Keep the PID proof diagnostic exception explicit and match its exact
identity alongside passing contract assertions and covers.

Validation: final-source verification matrix, assembled workflow tests
and documentation build.

Onur Özkan a78754d909 build(ground-suite): add a separate pinned Flutter shell 
Provide a separate Flutter development shell from the existing locked
Nix input and document the application build commands.

Validation: locked environment/version probe; no native application
qualification is claimed.

Onur Özkan 84807dde4e fix(diagnostics): bound formatting and release ingress before callbacks 
Bound UTF-8 formatting and release diagnostic ingress before invoking
callbacks. Check error-ID collisions at Rust/C++ release final link.

Validation: diagnostic tests, strict Clippy, Miri and final-link cases.

Onur Özkan 3226ef97fe refactor(firmware): remove the retired simulation workflow 
Remove the retired simulator workspace member, dependencies, workflow
and documentation. Keep the shared flight and hardware crates.

Validation: retirement prefix host check, command-dispatch tests and
book build.
